Terms & Conditions
All orders are produced on-demand only. We need 15 days to produce any order (online, whles, custom). Some styles and sizes are kept in stock, but we can't guarantee your style(s)/size(s) will be in stock when you'll place your order.
All orders are prepaid. Paypal, Mastercard, Visa (and/or money orders) are accepted. Please note that it may take 15 days before we ship your order, depending of the time on year and/or upon stock availability.
Exchange Policy :
Our products are 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. If you received a product and the size doesn't fit, please use the contact form, or send an email. Instructions to return it for an exchange:
A) Write your order/invoice number;
B) The new size needed;
C) Pack and seal your return securely;
D) Please send by regular mail service, prepaid (Canada, USA).
* DO NOT USE COURIER SUCH AS UPS, FEDEX etc... (custom purpose).
** We don't accept COD deliveries***.

... and we will give you the best way to send them back to us.
*** We refund your shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item, wrong size or if an item is defective.
Once the product is in the mail, CL Activewear cannot be responsible for any delay or damage but we will gladly assist you in any way we can. If an item has been received damaged (or missing) as a result of shipping, please let us know immediately.
Shipping * :
For Canada & USA: same shipping price to ship 1, 2 or 3 leotards, you may take advantage of this!
For Europe: same shipping cost to ship 1 or 2 leotards, you also may want to take advantage of this!
(we ship via Canada Post, in an envelop 12"x9"x1")
For South America & Asia, we might suggest another shipper to save you money, you will be advised.
OTHER: we can ship UPS for faster delivery. Extra $ apply.
** Handling fees are included (in truth, we don't charge for this!).
*** If you order large Qty (whls), the cost of shipping will be adjusted, and we will advise you.
Back order / lead time :
Unless you place an order for a large quantity, we should respect our 15 days lead time throughout the year. High season may cause additional delays. Every attempt is made to fulfill a request for immediate delivery. You may or may not be advised of such delays. We suggest you first track your order using our online TRACK-MY-ORDER before contacting CL customer service. Please provide your order number on any communication with us. We will be glad to help you.
Custom Design /Private label :

Discontinued styles :
CL Activewear may decide to cancel and/or stop producing any of our stock products, without any notice.
